We’re proud to share that a major Texas city has awarded us an 8-year contract to manage its government fleet. After a competitive bidding process, we were selected to oversee 617 fleet units across two locations, and we couldn’t be more excited to get started.
From day one, we’ve been focused on building strong relationships with the team. We’ve already kicked off transition meetings with various user groups to ensure a smooth handover and to align with the city’s needs and expectations. The management team we’ve put in place is strong, experienced, and ready to deliver.

Our team includes experienced, certified technicians who are not only great at what they do but are also trained in customer service. As part of our transition plan, we also considered opportunities for existing City employees to join our team, helping retain local knowledge and ensure continuity.
Fleet Technology That Works for You
To manage the fleet, we’re using TMT—our advanced Fleet Management Information System. It helps us track preventive maintenance and repairs, manage recalls, avoid repeat issues, reclaim warranties, and provide transparent, real-time reporting. The city will have complete visibility into costs and performance metrics at all times.
Ready for the Unexpected
We know how critical fleet operations are—especially during emergencies. That’s why we’re prepared to provide emergency support, including mobile maintenance units and additional technicians during natural disasters or critical events. The goal: keep the city running, no matter what.
