Fleet Management Implementation Contracts – Vector Fleet Management Contracts consist of:

  • Facilities and Equipment
  • Costing Methodology
  • Warranties
  • Indemnification and Insurance
  • Subcontractors
  • Termination Rules and Regulations

The terms of the contract are agreed upon and signed by both parties.

The next step is Implementation Contract and Transition Planning. VFM is focused on making the transition experience as seamless as possible. Our implementation and transition plan includes a number of key tasks below:

  • Assembling and deploying a dedicated and experienced Start-up Team
  • Establishing communication with key personnel
  • Facility and shop equipment inspection/pre-existing deficiency report
  • Employee hiring, orientation, and training
  • Fleet management information system orientation and training
  • Billing Process and Procedures
  • Vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance transition
  • Parts inventory and vendor/subcontract management transition
  • Fleet assessment

VFM provides Operation Reviews and Renewals on a yearly basis. Performance reviews are based on the changes made and the quality of services. All updates and changes to the Service will be made with an amendment signed by both parties. Examples:

  • Changes in cost of the contract
  • Extension of contract
  • Changes of service in the contract
  • Staffing changes
