In The Employee Spotlight – Casey Reiswig
Vector Fleet Employee Spotlight – Casey began her career with Vector Fleet Management over three years ago as an Administrative Assistant in Carrollton Texas. She made it clear she wanted to progress! She quickly demonstrated her ability and was promoted to Lead Facility Administrative Assistant. In this role, she managed an office with responsibility for customer intake, billing, inventory, and accounts payable to name a few. In just under two years with Vector, Casey was promoted to Site Supervisor for our Addison Texas location. With Vector LEAD Certification and soon a Vector Certified Technician, she is on a plan to make Site Manager in 2023!
Casey started her career in the automotive industry over 22 years ago as a dealership cashier. She spent 18 years in the service department of one dealership group. She held positions from cashier to office manager and handled customer service for service and collision. During this time, she learned the ins and outs of a service center, working with and learning from service managers, writers, and technicians. Her experience includes customer service and frontline accounting all the way to corporate finance. Most important, through this experience, she mastered the art of Teamwork, and the vision of Vector Fleet!
Casey and her husband Richard have four beautiful grandchildren and they have a German Shepard at home named Poe. On game day when her Dallas Cowboys are playing, she loves to try out new recipes in the kitchen!
