Frequently Asked Questions
Do you purchase and/or maintain parts for the fleet?
Yes, we will furnish all fleet parts, tires and supplies necessary to maintain and repair the vehicles and equipment. Parts will meet OEM specifications. We will obtain customer approval for new product lines before they are introduced into the parts supply. Parts installed on vehicles and equipment are identified by part number and cost on the electronic maintenance work order.
Why should you move from in-house to a contract maintenance partner?
We deliver proven solutions that enhance fleet operations and extend vehicle lifecycles. Transitioning from in-house maintenance to a contract provider offers key benefits such as cost savings, improved efficiency, access to skilled technicians, advanced tools, and more reliable service. Contract partners can also offer comprehensive support, including full lifecycle management and preventive maintenance strategies.
What is a ‘captive shop’?
A captive shop is an existing facility or purpose-built location near fleet operations to provide dedicated maintenance. This model focuses on maximizing fleet availability by ensuring preventive maintenance (PM) compliance, fast repair turnaround, and reliable service. Captive shop programs offer flexible operating hours and give organizations greater control over maintenance quality, service costs, and parts availability.
