Fleet Management Partnership with Carrollton, Texas
The City of Carrollton, Texas, awarded Vector Fleet Management an 8-year contract for government fleet maintenance. Vector Fleet won the bid to manage 617 units at two locations, beating three other bidders. Vector is very pleased with the management team they have put in place to service the City of Carrollton. VFM has already begun transition meetings with the user groups.

- Fleet Information Management: Vector Fleet utilizes TMT, a scalable, world-class fleet management information system. We generate cost reports, comply with recalls, track PM/repairs, minimize repeat repairs, and reclaim warranties.
- We‘ll provide emergency support when essential services are needed during natural disasters. We will also offer additional mobile maintenance units and technicians to support the fleet during such events.
- We will work with the management teams to bring innovative solutions to the fleet operation. We’ll offer suggestions for Carrollton’s fleet management and introduce alternative solutions (e.g., greasing/top-off programs and control/elimination of repair services) to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
